Muay Thai, originating from Thailand, is a martial art emphasizing striking techniques. Our training methods encompass pad work, heavy bag drills, and technical sparring with light contact. Additionally, we offer classes focusing solely on boxing and kickboxing techniques, excluding sparring. In our program, you will acquire proficient skills in punching, kicking, kneeing, and elbowing.
The Academy was founded in 2012 with the idea that all students can be effective at self-defense/combat. At the core of our culture is an unyielding commitment to elevate our students to as close to their potential in martial arts as possible. Our Thai Kickboxing classes utilize other training methods from other martial arts when appropriate, including Savate, Dutch Style Kickboxing, K-1, Boxing, Panatukan, Kung Fu and more!

Absolutely not! As the saying goes ‘the journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step.’ Most students start with little to no experience. We help you work at your own pace and help keep you safe.

Most students train a minimum of 2-3 times a week. Some students train a lot more. You will find balance that works for you. Keeping a consistent regular training schedule leads to the best results.
